    Summer Montabone has a passion for helping people live happier, healthier lives. It’s a passion that has expressed itself in many ways over her life and career — through her roles as a teacher, coach, professional athlete, entrepreneur and mom. Today we have her for a bit of Q&A about her Fit Fab Women online program!

    KOI: How did the idea for Fit Fab Women Online program come about?
    Summer: I am a busy mom and gym owner, and I have a hard time making it to the gym! I wanted to provide a program that women can do on the go! With women in mind who cannot make it to Summer's Fitness, but still want to experience our safe, effective, and FUN workouts in the comfort of their own home or take the plan to a gym. I know I don't have a lot of time, so these workouts are quick and customizable to fit your current goals or schedule.

    KOI: How did you come up with the name?
    Summer: I have called other challenges in the past "Fit & Fab" and always seemed to be my go to for describing the professional women I like to work with. Women should FEEL Fit in Mind, Body & Spirit, and FEEL Fabulous no matter whether they are working on their health, family, or career.

    KOI: What is your favorite thing about owning and running Fit Fab Women Online?
    Summer: I love that we can connect with and help women no matter their location - all around the globe! I also enjoy, like this program, I can be flexible and do it on my schedule. I can still attend my kid's functions and design the business around my life, instead of the other way around.

    KOI: Why should people want to sign up for this service?
    Summer: We all need to put our health and fitness first to be our best self. My program encompasses all the 5 Pillars to be successful and meet your goals, ON YOUR SCHEDULE.     1. Are you a dog person or a cat person (or neither)? We have 2 cats so I guess I am a cat person:) They work much better with a busy family!
    2. What book are you reading now? I'm currently reading the proof to the book my husband and I have co-authored, "Forever Fit". But I typically am reading some sort of self-development book:)
    3. What’s the top destination on your must-visit list? I've always wanted to visit Holland because of our ancestry. But, I love blue water and beaches, so any Caribbean beach sounds good to me!
    4. What’s your most hated household chore? The dishes!
